Enrique Dominguez, Chief Executive Officer
Enrique co-founded Dialcom. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Barcelona, as well as a master’s degree in Financial Markets Management from the Applied Finances School of Madrid. Prior to being an entrepreneur in the technology sector, Enrique worked in the investment banking and financial technology services industries. In 1997, Enrique co-founded Dinacom Technologies, an IP telephony software manufacturer, sold in early 2000 to Netfinger Systems. Enrique also co-founded Ola Internet in 1999, the first Spanish IP telephony operator; it was sold to Tele2 in 2002. Enrique served on the board of Ola Internet and Netfinger Systems.
Marcelo Martinez, Chief Technology Officer Marcelo co-founded Dialcom. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and in Business Administration from the University of Zaragoza. In 1995 Marcelo founded Pentaem Systems, a company that specialized in business management software. Marcelo also co-founded Dinacom in 1997 and Ola Internet in 1999. Marcelo is a recognized innovator and leader in the IP networks communications industry.
Thomas Frischknecht, Vice President of North America Thomas Frischknecht joined Dialcom Networks in August 2008. As Vice President of North America, he oversees all aspects of the business operations for Dialcom in North America, including all business development efforts and go-to-market strategies.
Prior to joining Dialcom, Mr. Frischknecht served as the Director of Channels & Strategic Alliances with MobileAware Inc from March 2005 to August 2008. Prior to that he held various sales and business development management positions with WordPerfect Corp, Novell Inc., NetManage Inc, Calcamar Inc, and DYS Analytics.
As a serial entrepreneur, Mr. Frischknecht has founded and co-founded three businesses and served on their boards as director.
Mr. Frischknecht was educated in Switzerland and is fluent in multiple languages. He studied English and Business in the USA. In addition, he has served since 2002 as Director on the Board of the New England Professional Management Society, a non-profit organization which promotes professional business enrichment for its members through guest speakers, seminars, and other business related events, and raises funds for college scholarships for students demonstrating excellence in school and financial need.
