Enrique Dominguez, Chief Executive Officer
Enrique co-founded Dialcom. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Barcelona, as well as a master’s degree in Financial Markets Management from the Applied Finances School of Madrid. Prior to being an entrepreneur in the technology sector, Enrique worked in the investment banking and financial technology services industries. In 1997, Enrique co-founded Dinacom Technologies, an IP telephony software manufacturer, sold in early 2000 to Netfinger Systems. Enrique also co-founded Ola Internet in 1999, the first Spanish IP telephony operator; it was sold to Tele2 in 2002. Enrique served on the board of Ola Internet and Netfinger Systems.
Marcelo Martinez, Chief Technology Officer
Marcelo co-founded Dialcom. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and in Business Administration from the University of Zaragoza. In 1995 Marcelo founded Pentaem Systems, a company that specialized in business management software. Marcelo also co-founded Dinacom in 1997 and Ola Internet in 1999. Marcelo is a recognized innovator and leader in the IP networks communications industry.
Bob Johnson, President and Chief Operating Officer
Bob, a graduate of the United States Military Academy, has successfully blended over 20 years of military leadership and government operations and contracting experiences with a near equal number of years of business development and operations management successes in a variety of IT software product and services delivery companies. A successful venture into the commercial systems integration programs business in the mid-1980s, to deliver a networked PC office automation system to the US government launched his career in the IT market place. Later, after launching a commercial line of business for a network engineering and government consulting company, he worked as a business advisor to both major systems integrators and fast-growing software companies. Bob has specialized in new start activities, developing go-to-market strategies and building successful business alliances. Most recently, Bob was CEO of SecureWave, a security software company based in Luxembourg, which he grew from a small local company of 12 employees into a recognized player in the global market with over 80 employees and several hundred partner/resellers, and which recently merged with Patchlink, an American software company, to form Lumension.
